Direct Access Testing
Laboratory tests are performed in our CLIA-certified lab, or in partnership with our reference lab for certain high-complexity tests. You get fast results sent directly to you (or to the medical provider of your choice). Very competitive pricing starts as low as $10 per test with an average savings of 59% compared to Mercy Hospital’s standard laboratory prices.
Come see us 8am-4pm Monday through Friday for your direct access testing needs. This service is self-referred, so payment needs to be made at the time of service, but no order from a doctor is needed. Call the laboratory at 620-345-6390 to schedule your visit, ask what lab tests are available, or check to see if you need to fast prior to coming in for your test. Once your appointment is scheduled, come to our front desk to pay for the testing and our lab personnel will meet you there.
Direct Access Testing is not sent through insurance.

Please seek emergency care if you or a loved one are experiencing any of the following potentially life-threatening conditions:

Chest pain, chest pressure, chest heaviness and/or tightness

Experiencing any “new” stroke-like symptoms such as slurred speech, facial drooping, numbness or weakness in the arms or legs.

Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

Sudden onset of numbness or weakness

Sudden onset of confusion or trouble speaking

Sudden loss of balance or dizziness

Sudden & severe headache (the worst headache of your life.)
