Mercy Hospital is currently looking for enthused individuals to contribute to patient engagement and continued quality care at the hospital. We are growing our Patient and Family Engagement Committee (PFEC), which is an initiative focused on utilizing patient feedback to continually improve the hospital experience.

Those who are members of our community, who have been patients at the hospital, or are family members and caregivers of recent patients, are invited to join together with several of our hospital staff for an hour every other month, starting in January of 2020.

Our bi-monthly meetings will be approximately an hour, and you will have the opportunity to discuss patient care initiatives, projects, programs, and facilities that impact the patient experience for you and your loved ones.
